Clase Azul Tequila Gold is an incomparable tequila joven, a blend that combines Clase Azul Tequila Plata with a special reposado tequila matured in French oak casks and an Extra Añejo aged in American whiskey casks and finished in sherry casks. Clase Azul Tequila is world renowned for its superior quality and rich flavour profile. The attention to quality begins with the selection of the finest organic agaves and extends to the spirits decanters, which feature handcrafted artwork from Mexican artists and are meant to add an additional layer of sophistication to the experience of Clase Azul. Each bottle of Clase Azul Tequila is literally touched by the human spirit. The love and nurturing the craftspeople put into producing Clase Azul starts in the agave fields and is continued through the bottling process where, in their own facility, each bottle is created by hand. The Clase Azul Tequila Gold displays aromas of agave syrup, green apple, orange peel, fresh fig, raisins and a light note of almond and walnut. To taste expect toasted wood, fig, green olive, ginger and dark chocolate. Medium bodied with a rounded finish. Inspired by the sunset, the glass decanter darkens as it approaches the top, representing dusk embracing the golden light. The ceramic base is adorned by two 24-karat gold ribbons painted by hand.
