The Story
The Yves Cuilleron Syrah Les Vignes d'à Côté is 100% Syrah blended from plots located in the “Collines Rhodaniennes” IGP zone. Viticulture is environmentally friendly with natural grasses planted to fight against erosion. In the vineyard treatments are limited and weather dependent. No insecticides are used in order to preserve biodiversity and what fertiliser is used is organic. The wine is matured for 7 months in a combination of barrels (50%) and vats (50%) and then blended before bottling.
