Foursquare Distillery Barbados Spiced Rum

Foursquare is the name of the oldest sugar plantation (1636) in Barbados and it is also home to Richard Seales Foursquare distillery, the most advanced Rum distillery in the world that produces renowned Doorly's and St. Nicholas Abbey rums. Foursquare Spiced Rum is a combination of rare island spices and specially aged rum, blended in accordance with  a centuries old secret formula know only to generations of the Seale family. Butterscotch, green tea and honey on the nose followed by almonds, candied orange peel, ginger and clove. On the palate there are notes of rich barley sugar before notes of dry spice: cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
