The Story
The Giacoma Fenocchio Barolo DOCG is 100% Nebbiolo sourced from twenty year old vines planted in the Monteforte d'Alba region. Traditional vinification techniques are employed in the winery and the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel followed by a further 30 months in large Slovenian oak casks before release.
