The Pazo de Seoane O Rosal from the Lagar de Cervera winery in Rías Baixas is an award-winning white wine blend of Albariño complemented by native grapes: Loureiro, Treixadura and Caiño Blanco from the estate vineyards in O Rosal. At the winery each variety is treated separately before the final blending prior to bottling. Until then, the wine rests with its fine lees, which are periodically stirred to keep them in suspension, thus adding complexity to the wine. The nose is very intense with hints of white flowers as well as notes of grapefruit peel and tropical fruits such as pineapple. On the palate the wine is delicate, fresh and elegant but at the same time, remarkably structured and balanced. Pazo de Seoane O Rosal is ideal to enjoy with any food or as an aperitif.
