The House of Louis Bouillot was founded in 1877 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, a little village nestled at the heart of Burgundy's Côte d’Or by Jean Bouillot. Jean, a wine and spirits merchant, was one of the few in his day to specialise in Crémant de Bourgogne. Louis Bouillot is still located in the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges and with over 130 years of savoir-faire they continue to specialise in Crémant de Bourgogne gaining worldwide acclaim as Crémant de Bourgogne experts. The Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Réserve Rosé is vinified by traditional method process using three iconic Burgundy grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay. Clear pink in colour with fine abundant bubbles and red berry aromas on the nose. The palate is full of charm offering a delightful fruitiness and roundness.
